Description
Was shot in the head on 18 April 1985 when police members, concealed in a Municipal Police vehicle in Despatch, Cape, opened fire on youths playing football. Mr Nqandu died the following day. Four people were killed and two injured in the shooting. See Trojan Horse incident, Despatch.
