An ANC supporter who was shot and seriously injured in Ncotshane, Tvl, on 27 November 1993 by well-known IFP supporters who fired at mourners at the funeral vigil of the local ANC chairperson who had been killed by an IFP supporter. The three perpetrators fired from a car, injuring seven other people. Mr Nsibande was hospitalised for a year and is now partially paralysed.
