An ANC supporter who was shot and injured by a named member of the KwaZulu Police (KZP) at KwaMashu, Durban, on 9 March 1990, while attending the funeral vigil of another person who had allegedly been killed by the same KZP member. The perpetrator was sentenced to 27 years’ imprisonment.
