A member of the SACP who was shot and fatally wounded by two ANC members at the taxi rank at Wembezi, KwaZulu, near Estcourt, Natal, on 25 March 1994, during violent conflict between the ANC and SACP in the area. Two ANC members were granted amnesty (AC/2000/104).
