A doctor and supporter of the liberation movement who was shot dead, along with his wife, outside their home at Mamelodi, Pretoria, on 1 December 1986. The operation was planned jointly by SADF Special Forces and the Northern Transvaal Security Branch. Eight Special Forces and Security Branch operatives, including the commanding officers of both, were granted amnesty for the operation (AC/1999/0188; AC/1999/0190; AC/1999/0196; AC/1999/0193; AC/1999/0194; AC/1999/0030; AC/1999/0031 and AC/1999/0032)
