An ANC member who was severely injured and lost his arm in a car bomb explosion in Maputo, Mozambique, on 7 April 1986. The bomb was planted by CCB operatives. One member of SADF Military Intelligence was granted amnesty for providing target information on an MK operative whom he alleged to have been the target of the attack (AC/2001/257).
