An ANC activist who was shot dead by members of the SAP in Galeshewe, Kimberley, Cape, on 22 July 1990. At the time of the shooting the victim was part of a group marching to the municipal offices to protest against the cutting off of electricity and water. Police used teargas, baton charges and birdshot to disperse the group.
