A citizen of Bostwana who was killed when SADF Special Forces attacked a house near the Ramotswe River in Botswana on 31 December 1986/1 January 1987. Ms Segopa was not the intended target of the attack. Five Western Transvaal Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty for their role in providing information (AC/2001/191).
