Was accused of defacing potraits of homeland leaders and helping inmates escape from prison at Mmabatho, Bophuthatswana, on 28 February 1989. Mr Seitisho was also accused of being an ANC member, was put in solitary confinement for 13 days and deprived of legal counsel.
