An ANC supporter who was shot dead by IFP supporters on 23 January 1993 in Wesselton, Ermelo, Tvl. On the day of the shooting, there was a burial of an IFP supporter killed by ANC supporters. Relatives believe Mr Sibiya was shot in retaliation.
