An Inkatha supporter who fled from his home on the border of Embo and Njobokazi, Mpumalanga, on 18 March 1990, when several houses in the area were attacked and destroyed. Mr Sibiya’s house was subsequently looted and he has never returned to it. See Njoboza attack.
