Description
A UDF supporter who was arrested and severely beaten by members of the SAP on 22 December 1985 in Philipstown, Cape. Earlier that day his sister had been shot dead by a Municipal Policeman. Residents then hacked and burnt the policeman’s father to death. Mr Sinxoshe was then arrested for this killing and later sentenced to 35 years imprisonment for murd e r. He was released as a political prisoner in 1991.
