He lost his home in Rweleleyathunya, Rouxville, OFS, on 23 September 1990, in an arson attack by ANC supporters, allegedly because he supported the school principal during a student boycott. Mr Titoti’s wife, Ms Vuyelwa Magawu, was killed in the same attack.
