Description
A local squatter leader and MK operative who was detained and tortured by named policemen in Guguletu, Cape Town, in April 1986. He was charged with murder but was acquitted. He lost his home near Crossroads, Cape Town, in May 1986 during the attacks by Witdoeke vigilantes. He was severely beaten and detained by police under section 29 in February 1989 and was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment.
