A member of SADF 21 Batallion who died under mysterious circumstances in Tokoza, Transvaal, in 1994, two years after a friend and colleague in SADF 21 Batallion also died in mysterious circumstances. Mr Tsatsi had allegedly told his colleague’s wife he thought his friend had been kidnapped and that officers in their unit wanted to kill him. Mr Tsatsi was a key witness in the case into his friend’s death. It is alleged that members of the SADF were involved in Mr Tsatsi’s death.
