Description Was injured when MK operatives from the ‘Dolphin Unit’ detonated a limpet mine at the Security Branch offices in Roodepoort, Transvaal, on 17 August 1984. Five members of the Security Branch and several civilians were injured in the blast. Two MK operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2001/0003).
