A UDF supporter who was abducted from his home and killed by Inkatha supporters at Trust Feeds, New Hanover, near Pietermaritzburg, on 12 December 1988 in intensifying political conflict in the area. A few days later, Mr Vidima’s family home was destroyed in an arson attack, forcing his mother to flee the area.
