A taxi owner whose home was attacked and damaged by members of an ANC self-defence unit (SDU) on 27 October 1991 in New Crossroads, Cape Town. Mr Xeketwana survived the attack. One SDU member was granted amnesty for this incident (AC/1997/0030). See self-defence units (SDU).
