An MK operative who was shot dead in an ambush at his home in Vosloorus, Transvaal, allegedly by members of the SAP, on 7 November 1988. His wife was taken into custody that day and tort u red. She spent five months in detention before being charged with illegal possession of ammunition and harbouring ‘terrorists’. She was subsequently rearrested and spent three months in solitary confinement.
