Description Was shot dead by members of the SAP in Katlehong, Transvaal, on 31 July 1993 after a sangoma and IFP member was killed by a Katlehong self-defence unit (SDU). IFP supporters attacked residents at random in retaliation. Mr Zuma was shot dead when police intervened. See self defence units (SDU).
