Was severely burnt in two petrol-bomb attacks on houses in Orlando West, Soweto, Johannesburg, on 22 February 1989 and on 28 February 1989, respectively. The attackers were members of the Mandela United Football Club (MUFC) which was closely linked to Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
