An IFP supporter who was shot dead by IFP supporters on 24 July 1992 in Magabheni, Umgababa, KwaZulu, near Durban. Mr Ciliza had been involved in a cross-community sports project that brought ANC and IFP youth together. His actions were frowned upon in certain IFP quarters.
