Description
A former AWB member and a police reservist who was severely beaten by named members of the SAP in Welkom, Orange Free State (OFS) in March 1991. Mr Engelbrecht had resigned from the SAP and AWB after witnessing the brutal assault of a black person by police. He was branded a traitor and was arrested.
