Description
A UDF supporter who was arrested and tortured by named members of the SAP in Nebo, near Pietersburg, Transvaal, during 1986. Mr Makgati was in the forefront of a UDF campaign to isolate policemen in the community and was implicated in a politically motivated arson attack.
