Description
A chairperson of the UDF-affiliated Krugersdorp Residents` Organisation who was detained in 1981 in Krugersdorp, Transvaal, and tortured by members of the SAP wanting information about bus boycott organisers. Mr Makgotlho was eventually charged with sedition, but charges were later dropped.
