A COSAS supporter who had his home in Lindelani, near KwaMashu, Durban, burnt down while he was in detention in August 1985. Mr Mkhize, who had been detained at the time of the death of UDF leader Victoria Mxenge, was attacked and detained on several occasions because of his political activities.
