Description Was stabbed, shot and stoned to death by Inkatha members on 20 March 1990 at KwaShange, KwaZulu, near Pietermaritzburg, in political conflict leading to the outbreak of the seven-day war in the area. The perpetrators were allegedly acting under the orders of a local chief to attack perceived UDF supporters in the community.
