Description
Was injured when about ten men opened fire in Ivory Park, Tembisa, Transvaal, on 14 August 1992. Five people died and eight others were injured in the attack. The attack was an attempt to end a community boycott of taxis. Taxi operators were IFP supporters and members of the SAP reportedly colluded with the IFP in escorting the gunmen to Ivory Park.
