A citizen of Botswana who sustained injuries as a result of a car-bomb explosion in Gaborone, Botswana, on 22 April 1987. Three of his family members were killed. See Gaborone car bomb. The head of the Security Branch and four Northern and Western Transvaal Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2000/214)
