A UDF supporter who was shot dead by a named member of the SAP in Graaff-Reinet, Cape, on 12 January 1991. In 1986, he had been detained at Oudtshoorn and at Graaff-Reinet on suspicion of being involved in arson attacks and public violence, and was tortured while in detention.
