NGUBENI, Modecai LuckyWas shot on 17 August 1993 when IFP supporters, some of whom are named, attacked his home at Nkonyeni, KwaZulu, near Empangeni, Natal, allegedly targeting his father, who was a Nehawu member. Mr Ngubeni died in hospital of his injuries. His father was killed in the attack. References
